FIND YOUR FIT

A space that fits your life.

Compare our 10 × 15, 10 × 20, and enclosed 13 × 43 storage units in Fairborn. Start with what you’re storing, then check the measurements.

Compare the space, not just the price.

Make a list of the largest items first. Measure furniture and equipment, account for the boxes around them, and leave yourself an aisle if you’ll need regular access. These are examples of uses, not a guarantee that a particular household or vehicle will fit.

Illustrated floor footprints use a shared scale for comparison. They do not show doors, access aisles, or an assigned unit layout.

10 × 15: clear a little room.

A 150-square-foot unit gives you a footprint 10 feet wide and 15 feet deep. Consider it for furniture and boxes during a move, or belongings you don’t need in your home every day. Drive-up access lets you unload close to the door.

10 × 20: give yourself more flexibility.

With 200 square feet of floor area, this is 50 square feet larger than the 10 × 15. That extra depth can be useful for larger furniture or business inventory. Plan the layout around your bulkiest items, and remember that usable space depends on how safely you can stack your belongings.

13 × 43: think beyond the spare room.

Our larger, fully enclosed units include electricity. They offer a different option for business storage or RV and boat storage, depending on fit and permitted use.

Measure the doorway too. A 16-foot unit height does not mean a 16-foot door opening. Before reserving vehicle storage, confirm door width, door height, turning space, and overall vehicle length with the office.

Before choosing your unit

  • Measure your largest item in every direction, including handles and other protrusions.
  • Allow space to open boxes and reach items you’ll use regularly.
  • Check the needs of temperature- or moisture-sensitive belongings with the office before booking.
  • For a vehicle, include the hitch, mirrors, roof accessories, and anything mounted at the rear.

Once you’ve found your size, use our move-in checklist to plan the day.

A LITTLE SPACE. A LOT OF POSSIBILITY.
