Effective September 12, 2026. These terms explain the use of the WEStore, LLC informational website. Your signed rental agreement and the documents presented during booking govern your storage rental. This page does not replace or change that agreement.
Website information and booking
This site describes our Fairborn facility and links to the external rental portal. Viewing a unit, clicking Book online, or contacting our office does not reserve a unit. Confirm availability, charges, and the required rental documents in the portal or with our team before completing a rental.
Listed rates are base monthly prices, not a live inventory feed. Available units, prices, fees, and offers can change. The applicable amount and terms must be confirmed before you rent. Contact us about any conflicting information.
Special offers
Offers have eligibility conditions and may require office assistance. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, only one promotional offer applies per customer. The Fall Specials page explains the advertised offer details; call the office to confirm availability, eligibility, and the offer’s end date. Promotions marked as office-only cannot be claimed simply by completing a standard online rental.
Military rates require an active military ID at booking. Discounts and promotions do not change the other terms of your rental agreement unless your rental documents expressly say so.
Unit dimensions and access
Sizes and heights describe listed unit dimensions. Unit height is not door clearance. Photographs show the facility but do not guarantee the precise layout of the unit available to you. Confirm measurements and vehicle or equipment fit with our team before renting.
Customers have 24-hour facility access. Staffed office hours are Monday–Friday, 10 AM–3 PM; the office is closed on weekends. Follow the access instructions and storage-use rules in your rental documents.
Payments and rental policies
The portal lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ACH, check, and cash as accepted payment methods. A 3% fee applies to credit-card charges. Ask the office how to make an in-person payment. Review your rental agreement for due dates, late charges, insurance requirements, cancellation, move-out, refunds, and permitted property. These policies are not established by this informational website.
Links and appropriate use
Rental, payment, map, and other external links lead to separate services with their own terms and privacy practices. Use this site for legitimate information and rental inquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, obtain unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or misrepresent another person.
Business content and imagery are provided to help you evaluate the facility. Third-party names and payment marks identify their respective services; their use does not imply endorsement of WEStore.
