No, we do not offer any climate controlled units.
Our 13x43 units have 20 amp electric service. The 10x15 and 10x20 do not have electricity.
24 hour gate access
The facility is fenced in, well lit, with 24-hour video monitoring.
All major credit cards are accepted. Monthly recurring payments are also available with credit card or ACH.
Tenants have the option to purchase tenant protection but it is not required. It is recommended tenants check their homeowners policy to be sure their personal items are covered at a storage facility.
Yes, we do offer 1 year lease options at a discounted rate upon request.
